In Energy Healing, we are releasing Pain or Illness that is mostly caused by one of the 140 Emotions we have, being locked up in the body (a-lot of times in Sub-Conscious Memory which could go all the way back to when we were born or at a very small age). Also, The Chakras tie into this -- there are seven Chakras in the body and five around the body. You might ask: "What is a Chakra?" Chakra means "Wheel" and refers to Energy Points in your body. They are like spinning disks that should stay open and aligned. Following is a very short description of the location of a each Chakra and its purpose:
Chakra 1 -- The Root Chakra or Mula Bandha -- Is located where the Sits Bone is located also referred to as The Pelvic Bowl. This is where we get our Rootedness or sense of Belonging.
Chakra 2 - The Sacral Chakra -- Is located in the Stomach Area - This area houses all of our Emotions -- An Emotion is Energy in Motion.
Chakra 3 -- The Solar Plexus -- Is located right where the Ribs Splay Apart like an upside down V below the Ribs -- This is Our Power Center.
Chakra 4 -- The Heart Chakra -- Is located you got it -- in the Heart -- This is our Love Center and LOVE DISSOLVES EVERYTHING BAR NONE!!
Chakra 5 - The Throat Chakra -- Is located -- you have it again -- In the Throat - This is where we find our Voice to have a say in this world -- Your Come from.
Chakra 6 -- The Third Eye Chakra -- Is located between Your Eyes -- This is the area of the Brain where Creativity comes from.
Chakra 7 -- The Crown Chakra - Is located on Top of The Crown -- It represents Understanding and Enlightenment.
These first 7 Chakras are located in the Body. The other 5 Chakras are said to be so powerful that they cannot be housed within the body so they are outside the body -- Above the Head, Below the Head, and on The Sides. They are discussed below:
Chakra 8 -- Also known as The Murdhanta -- Is located 2 Feet Above the Head and is Your Life Purpose.
Chakra 9 -- The Soul Star Chakra -- Is located 4 Feet Above the Head and is Your Soul Purpose.
Chakra 10 -- The Universal Chakra -- Is located below the Feet -- This Chakra gives us our Connection to Mother Earth.
Chakra 11 -- The Galactic Chakra - Is like an Oval shape of an Egg around one's entire Body -- It is Electromagnetic pulses zig-zagging around the body and especially felt in the fingers and toes. This Chakra allows One to Manifest Advanced Spiritual Skills.
Chakra 12 -- The Dimensional Chakra -- - Is also located like an Oval Shape of an Egg around one's entire Body -- It is Associated with Enlightenment, Cosmic Energy, and Spiritual Consciousness.
